There are so many considerations to take into account when deciding where to let an office. Things like security and uninterrupted electricity supply are normally very high on the list as it should be. However there is another consideration that is becoming important and that is an uninterrupted water supply. As you are aware we have had several water interruptions over the past few weeks with the last one lasting from 8am to 8pm! This obviously creates a problem for businesses in the area.
