Oxford Office Park Development Gets Underway
We are excited to begin work on our next large project – the Oxford Office Park. The park will be positioned right next to Cambridge Office Park in Highveld Technopark and will provide additional office space to our current portfolio. This is a large project which we will complete in a 4-year time frame. The development will be exactly the same size as the Cambridge development with a total of 34 buildings along with a Coffee Shop. Below is the site plan for the development:

Road Construction Update
Back in April we spoke about the planned road upgrades for the roads around Cambridge and Berkley Office Parks in Highveld Techno Park, Centurion. We are glad to provide more details on this project as we know its completion will have a big impact on the traffic in and out of the two office parks. You will be interested in knowing that this will be the largest road upgrade undertaken and paid for by a private developer in Tshwane! We have gone this route so as to ensure that the job gets done according to our time frame. All the design work for the project has now been completed and seven companies have already submitted tenders for the project. We are currently waiting for the Tshwane Town Council to pass a resolution to give the final go-ahead for work to be…
