Oxford Office Park Development Gets Underway
We are excited to begin work on our next large project – the Oxford Office Park. The park will be positioned right next to Cambridge Office Park in Highveld Technopark and will provide additional office space to our current portfolio. This is a large project which we will complete in a 4-year time frame. The development will be exactly the same size as the Cambridge development with a total of 34 buildings along with a Coffee Shop. Below is the site plan for the development:
Planned road upgrades
With the volume of people now working in Cambridge Office Park as well as surrounding areas in Highveld Techno Park, traffic has become a serious problem to contend with both in the mornings and when departing from work in the afternoons. A scene like this is quite common depending on what time you leave the office: As a result of the big impact that this has on everyone in the area, The Success Academy has embarked on a very large project to upgrade the roads near the office parks and we are happy to give you more details on the planned upgrades at this time.
