Looking for an office to let – remember to consider uninterrupted water supply

There are so many considerations to take into account when deciding where to let an office. Things like security and uninterrupted electricity supply are normally very high on the list as it should be. However there is another consideration that is becoming important and that is an uninterrupted water supply. As you are aware we have had several water interruptions over the past few weeks with the last one lasting from 8am to 8pm! This obviously creates a problem for businesses in the area. Our Office Park Coffee Shops

If you are wanting property to let in either Berkley or Cambridge Office Parks, situated in Highveld Technopark – Centurion, access to the coffee shops in each park will be something you should consider as a bonus! These are great environments for a quick lunch or to have a business meeting. In Berkley we have Coffee @ Berkley which is owned and managed by Elize Buck. The coffee shop is situated on the right as you enter Berkley. They are open from 7am – 4pm Monday to Friday. Oxford Office Park Development Gets Underway

We are excited to begin work on our next large project – the Oxford Office Park. The park will be positioned right next to Cambridge Office Park in Highveld Technopark and will provide additional office space to our current portfolio. This is a large project which we will complete in a 4-year time frame.
