Construction progress at Berkley Office Park

Last week Wednesday we poured the last two ground floor slabs at Berkley Office Park. We are now totally out of the ground in Berkley which is an exciting moment for us. We poured a total of 136 cubic meters of concrete on Wednesday (which is about 20 of the cement trucks you see on the road.)   We only have one big building and two and a half small buildings left to complete brickwork for. Then obviously it’s all the finishing that needs to be done. There are five roofs that still need to go on and we are starting with one of these this week. We envisage that all the construction on Berkley Office park will be complete by October – 2 months ahead of schedule. To see what office rental space we have available at Berkley visit…
