Location, Excellent buildings and a Business partner – not a landlord!

Berkley Office Park has a professional look and feel and creates a perfect environment in which to operate a business. The park is well managed and ultimately we enjoy the fact that maintenance & support is just an email away.

I have not found this type of relationship from a landlord in any other premises that I have rented in the past. Charl & his team are absolutely fantastic!

The buildings are up market and modern, the location is in a perceived technology hub and the proximity is perfect. We get more than what we were promised during the original negotiations and every member of the team is great to work with.
I like the great service from The Success Academy staff and also the security.
