There are so many considerations to take into account when deciding where to let an office. Things like security and uninterrupted electricity supply are normally very high on the list as it should be.
However there is another consideration that is becoming important and that is an uninterrupted water supply. As you are aware we have had several water interruptions over the past few weeks with the last one lasting from 8am to 8pm! This obviously creates a problem for businesses in the area.
At The Success Academy our mission is to create and sustain an environment where those who let offices from us can run successful businesses. This is the reason we have ensured that there is an uninterrupted electricity supply.
We are happy to let you know that in addition to this we are also going to ensure an uninterrupted water supply in our office parks. To achieve this we are going to install four 10,000L tanks at both Berkley and Cambridge Office Parks which will give us a water capacity of 80,000L. We plan to have the installation of these completed by the end of December.
We know that this will be of huge benefit to our tenants!
