Road Upgrade Update – March 15th
The upgrade of the roads leading to and from our Cambridge Office Park is progressing very well and we are approaching the final stages before opening the Bauhinia/Olievenhoutbosch link road. It is a serious engineering project with lots of detail! Road Construction Update
Back in April we spoke about the planned road upgrades for the roads around Cambridge and Berkley Office Parks in Highveld Techno Park, Centurion. We are glad to provide more details on this project as we know its completion will have a big impact on the traffic in and out of the two office parks. You will be interested in knowing that this will be the largest road upgrade undertaken and paid for by a private developer in Tshwane! We have gone this route so as to ensure that the job gets done according to our time frame. All the design work for the project has now been completed and seven companies have already submitted tenders for the project.
