Our Mezzanine (100m²) Office Spaces
One of my favourite offices spaces that we have on offer is our 100m² Mezzanine floors. (We currently only have two of these available) What do I like about the space? Well there are several things. It’s a great office space for a small team. It has its own standalone kitchen and bathroom/shower It has a large terrace which comes standard with its own gas braai Large glass sliding door windows Comes standard with two air conditioners I love being on the top floor Below you will see what the layout looks like as well as a short video clip showing how one of our new tenants used the space.

How important is the image of your offices?
There are many factors to consider when deciding where to have your offices. One of them should be answering the question “What message does my office space send to employees, clients and potential clients.” In my view this should not be something that you lightly. Some time back I read this post by Ben Matthews entitled: The PR of Office Space where he made this comment: “There is an office that I walk past often on my way to work, and I have to say that due to its surroundings and not in any way its own fault, it suffers from bad PR just by being positioned where it is.” I absolutely agree.
