Did you know that all our buildings have a Mezzanine Level which comes standard with a Jetmaster Braai which lives on the Mezzanine Level balcony? So if you rent an entire building for us you have use of the balcony area with the braai. This is a great environment to have a social event with your team. If you rent only the Mezzanine Level from us then the braai is exclusive for your use. The Jetmaster Braai is a nice to have for the office! Construction progress at Berkley Office Park
Last week Wednesday we poured the last two ground floor slabs at Berkley Office Park. We are now totally out of the ground in Berkley which is an exciting moment for us. We poured a total of 136 cubic meters of concrete on Wednesday (which is about 20 of the cement trucks you see on the road.) We only have one big building and two and a half small buildings left to complete brickwork for. Then obviously it’s all the finishing that needs to be done. There are five roofs that still need to go on and we are starting with one of these this week. Office Park Maintenance – something we pride ourselves in
One area that tenants who are renting office space often find frustrating is the maintenance of their surrounds, because landlords are often situated off-site it can sometimes be a real struggle to get simple maintenance requests handled. At The Success Academy Properties we pride ourselves in delivering a fast, efficient maintenance service to our tenants.
